We have carefully crafted packages of services based on our extensive experience of working with clients and learning what people need. If you aren’t sure what you need then we are happy to have a chat to help us work out together what package of help is right for you.

New clients will only be accepted on a minimum 6-month contract basis. This is to ensure that I feel able with the time we have to make a worthy difference to you and your business. Inbox Management.

It all begins with a deep dive into your inbox—how you use it, how busy it is, what email client you use, and what challenges you’re facing. We can help with customer service, managing actions from emails, organising and sorting, flagging and segmenting, and setting up tech to automate processes like saving attachments to your Google Drive or Dropbox.

Diary Management.

You might rely heavily on a diary or calendar but find it increasingly difficult to stay on top of things. Maybe you’re still using a paper diary but realise that scaling your business means moving things online.

We can help you set up an online diary, whether it’s for pre-bookable slots on your website for discovery calls, specific services, or ongoing client appointments. If you don’t have the time to set it up or aren’t sure where to start, we’ve got you covered.

Email Marketing.

Do you send regular email campaigns to your list? Or is that the first thing that gets sidelined when your to-do list grows too long? Do you have an automated sequence to welcome people to your world—introducing who you are and what you do?

If you don’t yet have an email list or need help setting it all up, this package is for you. We’ll help you stay connected with your audience and ensure your email marketing works seamlessly in the background.

Operations.

Feeling like your inbox and diary could do with an extra pair of hands? Whether it’s staying on top of admin tasks like collating project work, sending client proposals, conducting research, or even holding you accountable, the Operations Package is designed to help.

The level of support you’ll need depends on how busy things are (and, of course, your budget). We can have a quick chat to go through it all, and I’ll share my thoughts on the best package for you.

Please note: Due to Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, I’m unable to record, review, analyse, calculate, or report on any financial information. For those tasks, you’ll need a registered bookkeeper.

Website Editor.

Is updating your website the last thing on your to-do list, meaning it never gets done? Do you have the best intentions to post blogs or articles but never seem to find the time? Perhaps your website is a big project where you sell products that need regular updates or offer advertising that requires managing. Whether you frequently launch new services or not, chances are your website could do with a bit of a zhoosh!

Social Media Management.

You might feel like a social media pro, or it might all feel a bit alien to you. We bring 11 years of experience, plus qualifications, and are part of a Social Media Managers Hub, which keeps us at the forefront of developments in the social media world.

You might need a quick audit and suggestions for improvement. You may want a tailored bank of hashtags to test, a full social media strategy to guide your efforts, or content creation that you can manage yourself. Or perhaps you'd prefer to hand over all social media tasks entirely. Whatever your needs, this package has you covered.

Pricing.

We charge £20 - £25 per hour for over 6 months contract commitment and £30- £35 an hour for less than 6 months contract depending on the package of services and number of hours selected. We use time tracking software for every task and this is monitored throughout the month so there are never any surprises with your bill.
